Progressive Rock/R&B band MezzRecipe will be my guest on the next At the Table. MezzRecipe, hails from Kent, Ohio, and features a smooth sound reminiscent of the sounds of the ’60’s. The band has just released their latest CD, Live from Moondog Studios, and is available from their website.
