CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — A Brevard County teenager is in jail for a bizarre crime. He is charged with kidnapping, torturing and trying to murder another teen.

Seventeen-year-old Joshua Fore’s girlfriend, 14, lives at a home in Cape Canaveral. That’s where the attack took place Tuesday evening. The girl’s mom wasn’t home at the time. The attack against the unnamed victim started in the bathroom and then escalated inside the garage.

The victim is developmentally delayed. he’s 17 with the mind of a 12-y.o.
