In reading a Mark Morford article, I started pondering this question. After all, if he scrawls in name on a bill in order to ignore it 500 times, (far more than daddy, clinton and reagan combined, it seems a logical progression to him simply to say, I can ignore the Fourth amendment at will. who needs a packed court when you have a Red Crayon and the right to sign a law into law and the Memory Hole at the same time?
