Under the guise of protecting children, the Congress has comeup with Stopping Adults Facilitating the Exploitation of Today’s Youth Act
Under this Bill, if passed, Kiss your Internet privacy good by. Your IM’s will be logged, email read and in general, you won’t even be able to talk to your under 18 nephews, nieces cousins or siblings for fear of saying something the tracking software doesn’t under stand? for example, as an actor, I can no longer use the term “It bombed” in reference to a really bad play.
SEC. 6. RECORD RETENTION REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS.
(a) Regulations- Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this section, the Attorney General shall issue regulations governing the retention of records by Internet Service Providers.
