I’m having a bit of trouble w/my landlord and it’s property mgrs. So, I contacted the online agency I found the apartment on, and what follows is my exchange with them. The explanation can be found here

I signed my lease a year ago, having found the property through rent.com. Id forward you the emails, but I can no longer access the account I used to access the site, and therefore, the emails from you regarding the property.
